Register of collaborating entities of the administration in the field of atmospheric environment (ECAMAT) and registration/deregistration of users in MEDEA.

To regulate, within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, the register of the Administration's collaborating entities in the field of atmospheric environment, by virtue of the provisions of Article 27 of Decree 50/2009, of 18 June, which regulates the control of industrial air pollution in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
It includes the procedure to register/deregister users in MEDEA in order to be able to use this electronic platform.

Requirements

All those companies or groups of them on a stable basis, public or private, that intend to carry out atmospheric control functions in emission and/or immission, in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria (art. 2.1 Order MED 14/2009) may apply for registration in this register (art. 2.1 Order MED 14/2009).

In relation to the registrations/cancellations of users, a form will be completed by ECAMAT with the registrations and cancellations of those who are going to use MEDEA signed by the legal representative.

Deadline for submission

Applications must be submitted before carrying out activities related to atmospheric control in emission and immission. (Art. 2.2. Order MED/14/2009).

Users will be able to register/unsubscribe throughout the year, following the corresponding registration resolution of the Administration's collaborating entities in the field of the atmospheric environment and as a prerequisite to the use of the MEDEA platform.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
