B) Details of the installation to be registered-: 1.- Owner 2.- Contact person 3.- Location of the installation 4.- CNAE code 93 5.- Brief description of the production process origin of the VOC emissions 6.- Main and secondary activity carried out (Annex II of Royal Decree 117/2003) 7.- Type of Regime (General or Special) to which the activity is subject, according to Articles 4 and 5 of Royal Decree 117/2003 8.- Sources with emissions greater than 10 Kg/h, on average, of total organic carbon 93.- System to which the activity is subject to comply with the requirements established in Royal Decree 117/2003, according to Article 7 of said Royal Decree 10.- Description of the emitting sources and emission reduction equipment(s) that may be installed 11.- Consumption of Solvents broken down by main and secondary activity 12.- Capacity, form of storage and description of raw materials and finished products containing solvents 13.- Graphic documentation (plans with location of facilities, storage, manufacturing equipment, VOC emission points, etc.).
