Requirements
Any public or private legal person may apply for the recognition of a leisure school.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Deed of incorporation or founding act - In the case of commercial companies, a copy of the deed of incorporation and, where appropriate, of its subsequent amendments, including the current statutes and the agreement appointing the current directors, must be provided. - In the case of associations, a copy of the founding act and its current statutes, the list of associates and the agreement on the appointment of the persons who make up its governing and representative body(s) must be provided. - In the case of foundations, a copy of the deed of incorporation and, where appropriate, of its subsequent modifications, as well as the list of people who make up its governing and representative body (Board of Trustees) must be provided.

Memory Report signed by the legal representative of the entity specifying the academic and professional merits of the people proposed as the teaching team of the School of Leisure Time, as well as the contents of the modules of the official training levels that each of them will teach. This report will be accompanied by documentation accrediting compliance with the minimum qualification and professional experience requirements required in Article 4 and the express commitment of the members of the teaching team to participate in the development of the School's pedagogical project.
