Promotion of the use of bicycles in non-university educational centres. Program+BICEPS.

To promote the use of bicycles among the educational community (students, teachers, parents) with the aim of collaborating to develop sustainable mobility behaviours, to recover public spaces for citizen use in quality environments, to make the bicycle a means of daily transport, to promote the independence of students to go to schools, in addition to training users in technical and maintenance aspects of the bicycle.

Aimed at educational centres in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, non-profit, supported by public funds and which teach:
Early Childhood Education, Primary and Compulsory Secondary, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Special Regime Education.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Know, accept and commit to compliance with the regulatory bases and the call for aid. Comply with the requirements set out in the terms and conditions and in the call for applications. Not incur in any of the causes of incompatibility or prohibition to obtain subsidies established in Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria. The bank details of the current account in the name of the association in which the subsidy will be granted, if any, must be true. A specific annex will be available in the call to reflect this information. In the event that the cost of the project exceeds the amount requested for the aid, it will be financed by the educational centre through its own funds or through co-financing from other entities, in accordance with the provisions of the Second Additional Provision of this Resolution. In the latter case, the Annex shall make a declaration of other subsidies requested or to be requested from any other body, both public and private, for the total or partial implementation of the project for which the subsidy is requested, specifying their amount. The budget presented will be binding at the time of justification, admitting a variation with respect to the initial one of up to a maximum of 20% of the total.

CONTENT OF THE PROPOSAL This Annex specifies the basic contents that must be included in the proposal. In addition to the basic content of this Annex, any other content or document deemed appropriate may be added: BASIC INFORMATION. Project Name. Address, e-mail and telephone contact. Applicant group (A or B) Name of the person in charge of the Project. Members of the Team participating in the project. DESCRIPTION. Justification and context in which the proposal is framed. General and specific objectives, aligned with the purposes established in the call. Description of the activities to be carried out. NECESSARY RESOURCES. Justification of the necessary resources. Valued list of technical, material and human resources, indicating their link with each of the actions contemplated in the project (Annex III). PARTICIPATION. Collaboration and active participation of external agents whose involvement has been formalised prior to the submission of the application, and takes the form of: -. Coordination dates or previous meetings. -. Transfer of materials or resources. -. Participation in the organization of activities. Such collaboration must be duly documented and justified. TRANSVERSALITY. Involvement of the proposal with other lines of work of the educational center. Proposals must be duly developed. PROGRAMMING. Detailed planning of the activities to be carried out throughout the school year, indicating planned dates, associated objectives, those responsible for execution. DISSEMINATION. Description of the dissemination actions of the project both inside and outside the centre. INDICATORS. The following qualitative and quantitative indicators are established, which will allow the degree of achievement of the project's objectives to be assessed: -. Level of participation of students and teachers. -. Degree of compliance with the schedule. -. Assessment of the impact by the agents involved. -. Specific indicators by activity or area.
