Be a natural or legal person who owns a waste recovery facility located in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that intends to be a recipient of waste within the scope of Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006, on shipments of waste, or the regulation that replaces it, which is not included in the scope of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2016, of 16 December, approving the revised text of the Law on integrated pollution prevention and control, (BOE no. 316, of 31 December 2016).
