Requirements
The necessary information that must be included in the application is:
- Name, surname and NIF of the representative of the company or signatory of the application.
- Name, address and C.I.F./N.I.F. of the applicant company.
- Personal and professional data of the workers to be posted.
- Identification of the Company or Companies and, where appropriate, of the work centre or centres where the posted workers will provide their services.
- Start date and expected duration of the trip.
- Name of the provision of services to be developed.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
