Requirements

All those who meet the following requirements may be eligible for the status of beneficiary of the scholarships subject to this Order:
a) Be Spanish or a national of a Member State of the European Union.
b) Have the functional capacity to carry out the studies and tasks that imply the acceptance of the scholarship.
c) To be in possession of a university degree or a degree that has contained a minimum duration of four years, required, where appropriate, in each call, and not more than 5 years have elapsed since the issuance of the same, or from the date of payment of the issuance fees, until the end of the deadline for submission of applications. The qualifications submitted by applicants must be officially recognised and approved, as well as be valid in Spain.
d) To accredit specialisation (expert, specialist or master's degree), and/or training, and/or experience in matters related to the priorities of the current master plan, which will be specified, where appropriate, in each call.
e) Not to have been the beneficiary of any other training grant in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for two or more years.
Those who have enjoyed other training grant(s) in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria until completing the maximum period of two years may access the status of beneficiary.
f) Not have been dismissed from the service of any administration or institution as a result of disciplinary proceedings.

The applications, addressed to the person in charge of the department responsible for development cooperation, duly completed and signed, will be formalized in the forms established in each call, which can be obtained on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria, in its section "citizen service 012", "scholarships" (http://www.cantabria.es), or on the website of the Office of Cooperation at the Development www.cantabriacoopera.es, and may be submitted to the Auxiliary Register Assistance Office of the department competent in development cooperation, or to any of the places referred to in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and article 134.8 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. They may also be submitted through the Common Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria at the electronic address "sede.cantabria.es".
