Aid for City Councils.
- In the case of the first line, relating to the design and implementation of low emission zones referred to in Article 2.1, the beneficiary entities will be the municipalities of the Community of Cantabria with a population between 50,000 and 100,000 inhabitants, according to the official population figures of Spanish municipalities published by the National Institute of Statistics on 31 December of the year prior to the call.
- In the case of the second line, innovative pilot actions for the adaptation to climate change of urban and peri-urban spaces referred to in Article 2.2, the beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this Order will be the municipalities of the Community of Cantabria with a population of less than 100,000 inhabitants, according to the official population figures of the Spanish municipalities published in the National Institute of Statistics to date December 31 of the year prior to the call.
- Those who meet any of the circumstances set out in Articles 12.2 and 12.3 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, may not obtain the status of beneficiary entity of the aid regulated in this Order.
