The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be companies providing regular public road passenger transport services for general and permanent use on the lines owned by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that have made the discounts for the regular traveller, in any of the following means:
- "Transporte de Cantabria" card.
- Interoperable card for ordinary profile "Transporte de Cantabria"
- Interoperable card for young people "Transporte de Cantabria"
- Interoperable card for children's profile "Transporte de Cantabria"
- Multi-trip passes.
