The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be companies providing regular public road passenger transport services for general and permanent use on the lines owned by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that have made the discounts for the regular traveller, in any of the following means:
- "Transporte de Cantabria" card.
- "Carné de Transporte Universitario de Cantabria" (UNIBUS).
- Multi-trip passes.
