Requirements
To participate in them, it will be necessary to prove that you are in possession of one of the following training qualifications:
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent.
- Technician degree, accrediting having passed the teachings of an intermediate level vocational training, whatever the profession to which it refers.
- Higher Technician Degree, accrediting having passed the teachings of a higher level vocational training, whatever the profession to which it refers.
- Any qualification accrediting having passed undergraduate or postgraduate university studies.
Likewise, in order to participate in the competency exams, it will be necessary to have the habitual residence in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria before the end of the deadline for submission of applications. For these purposes, it will be presumed that the applicant's habitual residence will be that which is at the address indicated in the valid identity document. The address will only be different from the one that appears in said document when any of the following circumstances occur:
- That it is accredited by verification by the Administration or the provision by the applicant himself of the certificate of registration issued by the corresponding City Council in the event of not consenting to access to said data by the Administration, that he has been domiciled in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for at least one hundred and eighty-five calendar days of the last year, counted until the day of the end of the deadline for submission of applications.
- That it is accredited, through verification by the Administration or the provision by the applicant himself, of the certificate of registration issued by the corresponding City Council in the event of not consenting to access to said data by the Administration, that, even if he or she has been domiciled in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for less than one hundred and eighty-five calendar days of the last year, counted until the end of the deadline for submitting applications, he has been forced to change his residence to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for family or professional reasons. This last circumstance will not be understood to be fulfilled when it is a temporary stay in a locality to carry out an activity of a fixed duration. Attendance at a University, School or Teaching Centre does not imply the transfer of habitual residence.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
