Requirements

Any of the subjects listed below may be beneficiaries of the aid:
1º Individuals who carry out economic activities, for which they offer goods and/or services on the market (self-employed), in which case they must be registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency.
2. Natural persons of legal age, with the exception of cases of disability, who may be minors, and who do not carry out economic activities, for which they offer goods and/or services on the market (individuals).
3. Communities of owners, regulated by Law 49/1960, of 21 July, on horizontal property, which must comply with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of 17 November and, in particular, with the provisions of Article 11.3 thereof.
4. Legal persons, validly incorporated in Spain at the time of submitting the application, and other entities, with or without legal personality, whose tax identification number (NIF) begins with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, R or W and which do not belong to the Public Sector, with the exception of regional trading companies belonging to the Institutional Public Sector of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, that they would be eligible. Industrial Estates Conservation Entities or Agricultural Transformation Companies whose NIF begins with V will also be eligible.
5. Local entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in accordance with Article 3 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, provided that they do not offer goods and/or services on the market, in which case they are considered to be included in paragraph 4.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION - AUTHORISATION FOR CONSULTATION. - Responsible declaration according to model (S02-MV3.25-RV) that none of the circumstances listed in article 13, sections 2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, apply. - Responsible declaration, according to model (S02-MV3.25-RV), regarding the non-obtaining of other subsidies, aid, income or resources that finance the investments subject to the subsidy. - Authorisation to consult data held by the administration.
