Requirements

The following entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies:

a) Vocational training entities for employment accredited in the corresponding register, with the necessary infrastructure to provide face-to-face vocational training actions for employment in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, which may promote training plans of those provided for in article 4.5.a), for the execution of training actions of the professional families for which they are accredited.
Those entities that, on the date of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria", are pending a resolution of accreditation, in the corresponding register, of the necessary infrastructure to provide in face-to-face mode, vocational training actions for employment in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for one or more specialties of the corresponding professional family, may also participate. participation in it being subject to obtaining a positive resolution prior to the proposal for a resolution for the execution of the training actions of the professional families for which they are finally accredited.
Likewise, those entities that, simultaneously with the subsidy application, request the accreditation of the necessary infrastructure to provide face-to-face vocational training actions for employment in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for one or more specialties of the corresponding professional family, being subject to obtaining the positive resolution of the accreditation of the specialties requested prior to the proposal for a resolution for the execution of the training actions of the professional families for which they are finally accredited.

b) Business groups, consortia, bodies and sectoral entities that represent or group together companies in the private sector, including chambers of commerce, industry, navigation and services as well as professional associations, aimed at training a number of no less than thirty workers from a group of companies belonging to or linked to the applicant entity, and which allow the updating of their professional skills or the acquisition of others new in the sectoral and business framework in question. These entities may promote training plans as provided for in Article 4.5.b).
Groups of companies will be subject to the provisions of Article 11.3 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November.

c) Private non-profit entities, other than those provided for in the previous paragraph, which submit training proposals for the active population in search of employment, as well as for groups of special vulnerability. These entities may promote training plans as provided for in Article 4.5.c). They must prove the following requirements:

  1. That among its social or foundational purposes, in accordance with its statutes, is the attention to the active population in search of employment, as well as to groups of special vulnerability.
  2. One year of experience in the ten years prior to the publication of this order, through direct and non-subcontracted implementation, of programmes of employment activation policies, in the field of vocational guidance or vocational training for employment.
