Requirements

Be the holder of an operating authorization for an amusement or gaming hall.
Art. 63 of Decree 23/2008, of 6 March, which approves the regulation of recreational and gambling machines. Prior authorization from the competent departments in matters of gambling will require the modifications that are made in the recreational and gaming rooms that imply any of the following circumstances:

a)*** Modification of the surface of the room.
b)*** Modification of the internal layout of the room that requires the carrying out of works or demolitions.
c)*** Change of exit doors or evacuation routes.
d)*** The temporary closure of the activity for a period of more than six months.
