Management of food alerts (SCIRI, iRASFF).

Actions for the control and official notification of incidents related to foodstuffs that may constitute a risk, direct or indirect, to the health of consumers and which are managed and coordinated through SCIRI (Coordinated System for the Rapid Exchange of Information), which in turn is integrated into the other Community Food Alert Systems (iRASFF) and international Food Alert Systems (INFOSAN).
Likewise, on the other hand, official control and notification actions integrated into the Administrative Assistance and Cooperation System (ACA) for inter-administrative assistance on incidents of possible fraud in food products.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.
Place(s) for in-person submission

In the General Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in the Registry of the General Secretariat of the departments of Health (Calle Federico Vial 13, 39009 Santander) or by any of the means established in article 134 of Law 5/2018, of November 22, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations:

  • Electronic registers of the General State Administration, the Administrations of the Autonomous Communities, the entities that make up the Local Administration, any public bodies and entities linked to or dependent on the Public Administrations, as well as in the registers of public Universities;
  • Post offices;
  • Diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad;
  • Registry Assistance Offices;
  • Any other place established by the current provisions.

Cons. - Delivery note. - Invoice. - Date of shipment. - Quantity. - Units (kg, g, bags, boxes, ...). - Name of destination establishment * - Type of establishment *. - Excess (Yes/No)*. - Address (name and number) *. -Zip code*. - Municipality *. - Province *. - Autonomous Community *. - Country *. - Phone*. - e-mail *. * The columns referring to the destination establishment must include the details of the establishment to which the goods have been physically sent, which does not necessarily have to coincide with the establishment to which they have been sold and which appears on the invoices.
