- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Constitution of the Legal Deposit. Document in which the details of the depositor and the printer or publisher, the title of the published book, the number of the Legal Deposit assigned and the number of copies delivered are provided. Issues related to digital archive editions are also declared.

Declaration of withdrawal. Document in which the publication of a title for which a Legal Deposit number was requested is waived, with express indication of the depositor's data, the title and the Legal Deposit number.
