Greenhouse gas emission authorisation.

Authorise the emission of greenhouse gases to any facility in which any of the activities are carried out and which generates the emissions specified in Annex I of Law 1/2005, of 9 March, amended by Law 13/2010, of 5 July and by Law 9/2020 of 16 December, regulating the greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Company details, details of the legal representative, details of the facility where the issuing activity is carried out, and complementary documentation: identification and accreditation of ownership (certified copies of the Company's deed and power of attorney of the representative), Report including a detailed description of: - The facility(s) and activities, including the technology used. - Expected date of commissioning of the installation. - The raw and auxiliary materials used whose use may produce gas emissions listed in Annex II of Law 1/2005, maximum hourly consumption and total annual consumption of the same. - The sources of gas emissions listed in Annex I of Law 13/2010, as amended by Law 9/2020 and their location on a plan of the facility. - A proposal for a monitoring plan according to an approved official format, in paper and digital format, and complementary documentation required in said monitoring plan. - Explanatory, non-technical summary of the data in the report.
