This line of subsidies on a competitive basis aims to contribute to financing cultural accelerator projects.
The purposes of these grants are:
a) To accelerate the growth of the business and professional fabric of the CCIs (Cultural and Creative Industries).
b) Promotion of the transformation to digital culture and the incorporation of new technologies in CCIs.
c) To promote interconnections between CCIs and between CCIs and other economic sectors.
d) Improving access to CCI funding.
There are two lines of subsidy provided for in this order and they are interconnected, with the aim of forming a complete acceleration process within the framework of the CCIs of Cantabria.

Modality A. Grants for natural or legal persons who perform cultural accelerator functions:
This modality may be applied for by private individuals or legal entities with registered office in Cantabria who can prove a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of acceleration, innovation and business growth processes, as well as in the development of acceleration methodologies, including training activities and support for companies.
Category B. Aid to natural or legal persons who develop and benefit from cultural acceleration programmes:
Professionals registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, SMEs, micro-enterprises, as well as individuals with the commitment to constitute themselves as companies or self-employed when receiving the aid may apply for this modality. The beneficiaries must have a domicile, headquarters or delegation in Cantabria, and if this is not the case, at least 75% of the project must be developed in Cantabria.
Likewise, it will be an essential requirement to have participated as a recipient of the training processes and activities that will be launched through Modality A, so that only those natural or legal persons who have participated in the aforementioned training activities can be final beneficiaries of the subsidies of Modality B.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Those interested may submit applications to the Registry of the competent departments in matters of Culture (C/ Lealtad 24, Santander) or through the Common Electronic Registry (REC), available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Government of Cantabria, or in any of the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, and article 134.8 of Cantabria Law 5/2018 of 22 November.
