The purpose of this Order is to establish the regulatory bases and call, through a competitive concurrence procedure, for aid aimed at financing actions for the establishment of entrepreneurial ecosystems in rural territory through the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions. These grants are part of the Territorial Networks of Technological Specialization (retech) program and are co-financed through Next Generation EU funds, within the framework of the Remembering, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

In accordance with the provisions of these rules, the self-employed or similar and legally constituted SMEs, with a production centre located in Cantabria and duly registered in the corresponding register, regardless of their size, which carry out their activity within the technology sector in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and which are not part of the public sector, will have the status of beneficiary entity. considered in accordance with the provisions of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector as well as Law 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
