Be a local coastal entity of the C.A of Cantabria and meet the requirements established in article 2 of Order MED/20/2021, of 31 August, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended for local coastal entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the cleaning of rural beaches.
