Applications will be made in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of Royal Decree 939/2005, of 29 July, which approves the General Collection Regulations.

- Debts that are in the voluntary payment period: within the period set for payment in article 62.2 of Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Tax.
