Requests for deferral or instalments shall be addressed to the competent body for processing within the following deadlines:
- Debts that are in the voluntary payment period: within the period set for payment in article 62.2 of Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Tax.
- Debts that are in the enforcement period: at any time prior to the notification of the agreement to dispose of the assets.
