- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Required documentation
Environmental Impact Statement Approved. a) The identification of the project promoter and the substantive body, and the description of the project. b) The summary of the result of the public information procedure and the consultations with the Public Administrations affected and the interested persons, and how they have been taken into consideration. c) The summary of the technical analysis carried out by the environmental body. d) If applicable, the conditions to be established and the measures to prevent, correct and, where appropriate, compensate for adverse effects on the environment. (e) Where appropriate, the conclusion of the assessment of the implications for the Natura 2000 Network. f) The environmental monitoring programme. g) If appropriate, the creation of a monitoring committee. (i) In the case of projects that are going to cause a long-term hydromorphological modification in a body of surface water or an alteration of the level in a body of groundwater, it shall be determined whether the assessment carried out has deduced that this will prevent it from reaching good status or potential, or that this will lead to a deterioration of the condition or potential of the body of water concerned. If so, the declaration shall also include: 1. List of all feasible measures, which have been deduced from the assessment, to mitigate the adverse effects of the project on the state or potential of the affected bodies of water. 2. Reference to the conformity of the unit responsible for hydrological planning of the basin organisation with the assessment carried out and mitigating measures indicated.
