Requirements

The beneficiaries of the subsidies may be entities owning special employment centres in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, with people hired who have a recognised severe disability, which entails special difficulties in accessing the ordinary labour market, applicants and beneficiaries of the wage cost subsidies, corresponding to the first and second semesters of 2020 and the first and second semesters of 2021, regulated in Decree 1/2015, of 15 January, which meet the following requirements:
a) Those established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July.
b) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
