- Authorisation conditional on compliance with the control system established in Article 11 of Royal Decree 1027/2024.
- Authorisation is also conditional on the presentation of a contract to that effect, or equivalent document, between each of the different holdings and the packing centre for the entire production of the holding which has not been delivered directly to the food industry or which has not been marked on the holding itself. It will not be necessary to present a contract or equivalent document between both parties when the packing centre and the farm or farms from which the eggs come prove a business relationship, as defined in letter e) of paragraph 2 of Article 2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, or in the case of shipments from farms with a maximum declared capacity equal to or less than 3,000 hens.
