Requirements
- Those established in Royal Decree 428/2022, of 7 June, which regulates the aid (BOE of 8 June 2022).
- In the case of beef cattle producers and sheep and goat meat producers, the requirements set out in Article 3.1 (a) to (k).
- In the case of the rabbit sector, the requirements established in Article 3.3. subparagraphs (a) and (b).
Deadlines and submission
- Deadline for submission
Royal Decree 428/2022, of 7 June, establishes that the application for aid is understood to have been made, in the case of producers of beef and sheep and goat meat, by the submission of the single application in the 2022 campaign for the aid regulated in Royal Decree 1075/2014, of 19 December, unless they renounce the aid or oppose it by means of express communication to the Directorate-General for Rural Development within 10 working days of the entry into force of Royal Decree 428/2022 (period from 10 to 23 June 2022).
In the cunícula sector, in the case of producers who are registered in REGA, the application for aid will be understood to have been made based on the last census declaration of said producers to REGA, unless they waive or oppose the consultation of their data submitted by Annex I of Royal Decree 428/2022 within the aforementioned period of 10 working days (10 to 23 June 2022).
In all production sectors, if the circumstances of Article 3.1 i) or 3.3 b) are met, a responsible declaration may also be submitted within the aforementioned period proving compliance with the circumstances contemplated in the Royal Decree, by means of Annex II.- Submission deadline start date
