Requirements
Be the owner of an agricultural and livestock farm in Cantabria and have obtained a resolution granting aid for areas with natural limitations (ZLN) for the 2022 campaign and comply with the requirements and obligations of articles 12 and 13 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies.

Decree 104/2022, of 27 October, established that it was not necessary to submit an application for the aid as it was understood to have been submitted with the submission of the Single Application provided for in Royal Decree 1075/2014, of 19 December, the application for ZLN aid for the 2022 campaign provided for in the Cantabria Rural Development Programme.
