Requirements
This document will be made in the SIACAN electronic application.
The recoverer and the user of recovered slag must proceed to formalise a document of use, in accordance with the minimum content established in Annex VII prior to the use of the slag in any of the uses contemplated in Decree 100/2018, of 20 December.
The document of use shall be sent prior to the start of the use of the recovered slag to the Directorate-General with competence in the Environment by the slag recoverer and must be kept by both the recoverer and the slag user for a period of no less than five (5) years.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
