Those established in Chapters II to VI of Title II on Interventions in the form of direct payments of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of 27 December and those included in Royal Decree 1045/2022, of 27 December, for basic income support for the sustainability of the CAP.
Deadlines and submission

From 1 February to 30 April 2026, in accordance with Order DES/37/2025, of 22 December 2025. However, applications submitted until the end of the application modification period are admitted, applying the corresponding penalties in accordance with the provisions of article 108.3 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of 27 December.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
