Those established in Chapters II to VI of Title II on Interventions in the form of direct payments of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of 27 December and those included in Royal Decree 1045/2022, of 27 December, for basic income support for the sustainability of the CAP.

However, applications submitted until the end of the application modification period are admitted, applying the corresponding penalties in accordance with the provisions of article 108.3 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of 27 December.
