All industrial facilities in which any of the activities potentially polluting the atmosphere are carried out must keep an updated record book of measurements of emissions into the atmosphere adapted to the model of Annex IV of Decree 50/2009, foliated and stamped by the Directorate-General responsible for the protection of the atmospheric environment, which shall state: in a clear and specific way, the results of the measurements and analysis of pollutants in emission, or immission, in the case of non-channelled emissions.

Requirements
All industrial facilities in which any of the potentially polluting activities of the atmosphere are carried out must keep an updated record book of measurements of emissions into the atmosphere.
Preparation of the Record Book.
1. The Record Books can be downloaded in Word format.
2. They must have a cover page with the name of the company.
3. The Diligence sheet will be included in the Record Book and a copy of it will be delivered (filling only the grids corresponding to the company data).
4. The initial page of the Record Book will be the list of foci (Page 1 of ¿).
5. The pages where the results of the measurements and the recommendations and observations of the Official Inspection are noted will be printed in such a way that the sheets are double-sided (front and back). The total number of pages will be a function of the number of bulbs in the installation. The pages must be numbered.
6. It will request the diligence of the Directorate-General for the Environment by delivering the Book to the Pollution Prevention and Control Service.

7. The interested party may withdraw it by paying the corresponding fees.
