- Modalities:
a) Fully transferred housing: that which is temporarily transferred for tourist purposes in conditions of immediate availability and with the characteristics established in the legislation regulating the minimum housing program that is applicable to it, not allowing the transfer for stays.
or
b) Shared transfer housing: that which is temporarily transferred for tourist purposes by rooms, furnished and equipped in conditions of immediate use, with the right to use the bathroom or bathrooms and that meets the conditions of the minimum housing program according to the regulations in force on the matter. In this modality, which can only be exercised by natural persons, the owner must reside in the home. - Documentation must be possessed before submission to the declaration responsible for opening.
- Sufficient legal title accrediting the ownership of the dwelling or the ownership of a right of use over the property.
- Report on the compatibility of tourist use of the property with the urban planning of the municipality, issued by the competent municipal body.
- Certificate signed by a competent technician accrediting the conditions of the minimum housing program, as provided for in the current regulations on the matter, also indicating the housing capacity of the home.
- Prior approval of the community of owners in the terms regulated in the Law on Horizontal Property, in the case of homes located in properties subject to the horizontal property regime.
- Municipal certificate of cohabitation, in the case of shared transfer housing, which proves the residence of the natural person who owns the dwelling, and indicates the number of cohabitants in the property.
- Declaration that the home is not classified as protected.
- One fire extinguisher per floor, installed in a visible and easily accessible place; a smoke detector in the area near the kitchen, and a noise monitoring system installed in the living rooms of the house, which allows an external control of the noise level that alerts the owner of the tourist accommodation about a possible excess of noise by the users of the tourist property, and that allows for a record of the exceeding of these limits and of the communication to the holder
