Requirements
A non-profit association with legal personality made up of a minimum of five individuals who have the capacity to act, as promoters or founders and constituted specifically for the direct participation of its members in any activity, competition or sporting event.
They must be of legal age.
For its constitution, it will be sufficient for its promoters to sign a private document with the mandatory mentions provided for in the regulatory regulations.
The registration of any name of sports entity that is the same or substantially similar to that of another previously registered entity will not be admitted.
The payment of the fee must be made in advance of the application and the proof of the same must be attached to it.
