Constitution of a non-sporting entity club and registration in the Register of Sports Entities of Cantabria.

To constitute a club of a non-sporting entity. Legal persons, public or private, or groups or sections thereof, located in Cantabria, constituted in accordance with current legislation and whose corporate purpose or purpose is not exclusively sporting, may be registered in the Register of Sports Entities and considered as sports clubs for the purposes of Law of Cantabria 2/2000, of 3 July, on Sport, in the event that they wish to participate in activities or competitions of a sporting nature.

Public or private legal entities or groups or sections thereof based in Cantabria, whose corporate purpose or purpose is not exclusively sporting, who wish to participate in sports activities or competitions.
They must register in the Register of Sports Entities and in the corresponding Sports Federation to participate in official sports competitions.
