To constitute a Cantabrian sports federation, approve statutes and agree to its registration in the Register of Sports Entities.
The Sports Federations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria are private associative entities, with their own legal personality and independent of that of their associates and full capacity to act, whose scope of action extends to the whole of the territory of Cantabria.
They are made up of sports clubs, athletes, technicians, judges, referees, sports groups and other interested groups that promote, practice or contribute to the development of sport.
The official recognition of a Cantabrian sports federation will take place with the approval of its statutes and with the registration in the Registry of Sports Entities. With this act, the Cantabrian sports federations will acquire legal personality.
