- Creation:
Once a Local Entity has been created and its governing body has been constituted, within a period of one month its president will request registration in the Register of Local Entities, for which purpose a certification of the full text of the minutes of the constituent meeting will be sent, and the following data must be provided:
Modification:
a) Name of the Entity.
b) Municipality to which it belongs.
c) Population of the Entity.
d) Territorial delimitation of the Entity.
e) Governance, administration and management regime.The same procedure described in the previous articles will be followed for the registration of modifications or cancellations of the data that appear in the Register of Local Entities.
Cancellation:
The entries in the Register will be rectified ex officio, or at the request of the smaller local entities, by Resolution of the person in charge of the Directorate-General responsible for local administration, when there is any modification in any of the circumstances reflected therein.
In any case, the register must be updated five months before the holding of the local elections, in order to prepare for the corresponding electoral process.
Those circumstances arising from the initiation of administrative or judicial proceedings that could lead to modifications in the registry data will be subject to annotation.The same procedure described in the previous articles will be followed for the registration of modifications or cancellations of the data that appear in the Register of Local Entities.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.
