Booking Manager (application of www.jovenmania.com), Youth Service or in the Registry of the department competent in Youth matters, located at Calle Castelar, nº 5, CP 39004 in Santander, or through the Common Electronic Registry (REC), available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Government of Cantabria, or in any of the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, and article 134.8 of Cantabria Law 5/2018 of 22 November.

The card will be obtained by means of a request by the interested party, in person or electronically at the youth service or network of youth information offices, with the only requirement being to present the valid ID card or by not opposing the computerised consultation of the identity by the Administration.
