Article 8 of Decree 44/1997, of 29 May, which regulates the gambling register of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
Registrations may be cancelled:
A) At the request of the interested party.
B) By reasoned decision with a hearing of the interested party for the following reasons:- Loss or modification of the legal requirements necessary for the granting of authorizations and registrations.
*Falsehood. - Failure to comply with the bond obligations or the amount thereof.
- Non-payment of taxes.
- For not applying for renewal within the established deadlines.
- For serious or very serious infringement of the Gambling Law.
- Dissolution of the company.
- Death of the registered entrepreneur, if the heirs do not request within one month that the registration be maintained.
- Loss or modification of the legal requirements necessary for the granting of authorizations and registrations.
