Authorisation of special opening hours in accordance with their nature for bars, cafeterias, restaurants located in hospitals, road service areas, airports, railway or bus stations or similar places intended for passenger service, and those intended for the service of workers with night hours.Article 7.3:
Once the application has been received together with all the above documentation, the procedure will be initiated by the competent department in matters of opening hours, requesting a binding report from the corresponding City Council stating that a formal hearing has been given to the neighbors, if any, who reside within a radius of up to 100 meters from the establishment, as well as that there are no firm administrative sanctions relating to non-compliance with the timetable regime or noise legislation.
