Authorization of Small and Long Distance trails.

Authorisation of hiking routes, as well as the standardisation of signage, cartographic base and topoguide relating to them, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, for the purpose of creating a Cantabrian network of trails for public use and the conditions for their authorisation and conservation.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Explanatory report of the project, which will necessarily include justification of the project and the objectives pursued, the identification of the applicant promoter and the technical manager, the description of the route, the technical characteristics of the vertical signage and the panels or information supports, and the ownership and legal nature of the land through which it runs. It shall include a detailed description of the route specifying: - Nature of the terrain through which it runs. - Sections of asphalt or cement through which it runs, indicating distance from each section, and places where they are located. - Description of the route, specifying difficulty, distance of the route, approximate time of the route, maximum slope (uphill and downhill). Points of cultural interest (historical, artistic, archaeological, etc.), natural, landscape, ethnographic, tourist, etc., making a brief description of them.

Digital support of the layout and the cartographic base, so that this digital support can be integrated into the Territorial Information System of Cantabria, i.e. Topographic Map 1:5000 and Orthophotography 1:5000. Map 1/5,000, indicating: - Layout of the trail. - Places of interest. - Places where works are to be carried out. - Places where signs are placed. - Asphalt and/or cement sections, roads, paths, etc. - Orthophoto 1/5,000. - Layout of the trail.

Signed authorisation from the owners of the private properties through which the path passes or infrastructures through which the path passes, as well as from the holders of existing rights over them. In the case of running through a Protected Natural Area or another place with a special protection regime, prior authorisation from the Department responsible for the matter must also be submitted.

Certificate issued by the City Councils of the municipalities through which the path runs, stating that the project has been submitted to the public information process.

Financing program for the establishment of the trail, which will include the preparation of the corresponding topoguide. Detailed budget (materials and labor), indicating: - Works to be carried out. - Clearing. - Factory works. - Road repair. - Number and type of signs.
