Art. 18 Law 4/2022, of 24 June, on the Regulation of Gambling in Cantabria establishes:
The applicant must be registered in the Gambling Registry.
Companies or entities that do not have the operation of games as their main activity, but carry out draws through random combinations for advertising purposes, are exempt from registration in the Register.
Foundations or non-profit associations that hold raffles or raffles in order to obtain funds for the realization of their purposes are also exempt from registration.
Prizes must be owned by the game organizer prior to the start of ticket sales and must be deposited in places where the public can examine them.
