That the natural or legal person proves to be the owner of more than fifty percent of a recreational boat that meets the following characteristics:
a) Registered in a Harbour Master's Office in the seventh list;
b) That it has a Certificate of Seaworthiness or similar;
(c) That it is insured in accordance with the provisions in force;
d) That they have a Navigation Licence, in the seventh list, when the length is equal to or greater than six metres.The holder of an authorisation for the use of a mooring post may not hold, at the same time, other authorisations for the use of mooring posts in other ports or port facilities operated under direct management by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
