Authorisations for the use of mooring stations.

Granting of the administrative title that authorizes the occupying, for a certain period not exceeding ten years, facilities of direct centralized management by the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, intended for recreational boats.

Tariff T-5: Sports and recreational boats.

This tariff includes the use by sports or recreational boats, and by their crew members and passengers, of the internal waters of the port, of the docks and anchorage areas, of the mooring and berthing facilities on docks or pontoons, where appropriate, and of the general services of the port, in accordance with the amounts established in Law 9/1992. of 18 December, on Public fees and Prices of C

Requirements

That the natural or legal person proves to be the owner of more than fifty percent of a recreational boat that meets the following characteristics:
a) Registered in a Harbour Master's Office in the seventh list;
b) That it has a Certificate of Seaworthiness or similar;
(c) That it is insured in accordance with the provisions in force;
d) That they have a Navigation Licence, in the seventh list, when the length is equal to or greater than six metres.

The holder of an authorisation for the use of a mooring post may not hold, at the same time, other authorisations for the use of mooring posts in other ports or port facilities operated under direct management by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
