In sports and fairgrounds, the organization of these bets must always be by a person registered in the Gambling Registry and authorized to operate the bets.

Annex V Application for authorisation of gaming halls, bingo halls and casinos. In those cases where the installation of this game involves modifications in the establishments that affect its structure, safety measures, evacuation routes or that requires the carrying out of works or demolitions, the application must be accompanied by the following documents: 1/100 scale plan of the venue, signed by a competent technician, indicating the location of the betting machines and all other elements of the game. Certificate signed by a competent technician that certifies compliance with the safety measures and evacuation routes established in current legislation. Municipal licences that are legally required to be obtained. PDF or WORD. Signed electronically or handwritten, depending on whether the interested party is a natural or legal person.

Annex VI Application in sports and trade fair venues. The application for authorisation must be made by the company authorised to operate the bets, in the standard form published as Annex VI of these Regulations, accompanied by the following documents: a) Contract or agreement signed by the authorised betting company with the owner of the venue or sports facility or organiser of the trade fair activity consenting to the placing of bets. b) Municipal licence that must be obtained by law. c) 1/100 scale plan, signed by a competent technician, of the venue, indicating the location of the betting area and all other elements necessary for the practice of betting. d) Proof of payment of the corresponding administrative fee.
