Procedure by which access to the RICAN computer application is authorised, to the person in charge of the company that owns the gambling establishments, in order to facilitate the verification of the registration or not in the General Register of Prohibitions of Access to Gambling and in the Register of Prohibitions of Access to Gambling of the persons who intend access to these establishments.

Requirements
- Be the owner of an authorized gambling establishment with the obligation to carry out access control.
- The company that owns the establishment must designate a person belonging to its organization responsible for the use of the application.
- Electronic certificates of all users of the application.
- The company's computer system must comply with the technical and security requirements determined by the Government of Cantabria.
