Application for authorization of popular bullfighting shows. Application for authorisation of popular bullfighting shows that must be accompanied by the following documentation: Certification of the agreement of the competent municipal body approving the celebration of the celebration or, in the case of another organiser, certification of the agreement of the competent municipal body to its celebration. Certificate from the architect, technical architect or quantity surveyor, in which it is expressly stated that the barriers, structures, talanqueras, stands, enclosure and other facilities meet the requirements established in the Regulations that regulate the celebration in Cantabria of popular bullfighting shows, and other applicable provisions, and meet the conditions of form, resistance, safety, capacity and other technical characteristics required. Certification from the Head of the medical-surgical team, stating that the medical services and facilities for them comply with the provisions of the Regulations, which will depend on the type of shows: In the Exhibition and Cutting Competition, it will be as provided for in RD. 1649/1997 of 31 October. In the rest of popular bullfighting shows it will be the one provided for in Decree 63/2009 of August 13, which partially modifies the Regulation that regulates the Celebration in Cantabria of Popular Bullfighting Shows, approved by Decree 65/2002, of July 8. Certification signed by the veterinarian on duty on the hygienic-sanitary conditions of the corrals, pigsty pens and other dependencies. Certifications of the Stud Book of the Fighting Cattle Breed relating to the cattle to be fought. Proof of accreditation, according to the standard form that appears as Annex II to Decree 65/2004, of 8 July, of the contracting of the civil liability and accident insurance referred to in art. 10 of the aforementioned Regulation (€120,000 for civil liability insurance, €60000 for death or disability for accident insurance and €6,000 for health and hospital care expenses. Contract with a bullfighting professional registered in Sections 1 or II of the Register, or in the condition of banderillero of Section V, who will act as fighting director. In the running of the bulls, a detailed map of the route. Authorisation from the Cantabria Traffic Headquarters for the occupation of the corresponding public road, in the event that the show affects a road owned by the autonomous community or state, as well as authorisation from the competent Administration on the road in question. The organisers of court shows must submit, in addition to the documentation required in the previous article, the following documents: a) Nominal list of the participants, and documentation accrediting their age. b) Composition of the competition jury and nominal list of its members. c) List of prizes offered. d) Copy of the rules by which the competition is intended to be governed. The documentation established in sections b), c) and d) will only be provided in cases of court competitions. When the show takes place, in whole or in part, at night, a certificate must also be provided from a municipal technician or, failing that, from a competent technician endorsed by the corresponding College specifying that the lighting system is sufficient for the development of the show.
