Be a natural or legal person domiciled in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria who is going to carry out one or more waste treatment operations, including storage in the field of collection, ensuring compliance with the obligations established in Section 1 of CHAPTER II of Law 7/2022, of 8 April, of waste and contaminated soil for a circular economy (BOE no. 85, of 9 April 2022), on waste management.
