Requirements

Natural or legal persons, owners of a food company, with industrial domicile in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, classified as:

  • Small slaughterhouse.
  • Very small slaughterhouse.
  • Establishments for the small production of minced meat, meat preparations and fresh poultry meat registered in the General Health Register of Food and Food Companies.
  • Retail establishments of fresh meat and derivatives that produce small quantities of minced meat and meat preparations.

The food business operators subject to this procedure interested in applying the flexibility provided for the reduction of the established sampling frequencies, must submit an application for authorisation prior to carrying out the samplings in a flexible manner.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, individuals may choose at any time whether to communicate with the Public Administrations to exercise their rights and obligations through electronic means or not. In any case, they will be obliged to interact through electronic means with the Public Administrations to carry out any procedure of an administrative procedure, among others:
        a) Legal persons.
        b) Entities without legal personality.
        c) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration.

(e) Category of establishment f) Trade name, if applicable. g) Telephone and e-mail, h) Responsible declaration of the volume of production.
