Application submission deadline:
It will be presented at least 30 working days before the test is carried out.
Documentation to be submitted: Application model annex.- Authorisation that may be necessary, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on sport.
- Name of the activity and, if applicable, chronological number of the edition.
- Regulations of the activity.
- Precise sketch of the route, date of celebration, itinerary, profile, probable time of passage through the different determining points of the route and expected average of both the head of the activity and its closure.
- Identification of the persons responsible for the organisation, and in any case, of the person in charge of executive management and, where appropriate, of the person responsible for road safety, who will direct the activity of the authorised auxiliary staff. (Photocopy of the valid driving licence of the Executive Director and the Road Safety Manager).
- Approximate number of participants.
- Detailed Safety Plan, indicating the signalling measures for the activity and the rest of the safety devices, the functions to be carried out by each of the members of the authorised auxiliary staff and the mandatory health services.
- Certificate of contracting civil liability insurance in accordance with the provisions of Decree 157/2019 of 14 August, which regulates compulsory civil liability insurance and the accreditation of technical conditions, in terms of public shows and recreational activities
- Statement of responsibility from the executive director and the person responsible for road safety of the activity, that they are aware of the regulations, roadmap and safety plan of the same.
- Document accrediting the payment of the fee or, in the case of charity, a certificate that accredits it.
- List of City Councils through which the activity will run.
- In the event that the sporting activity takes place on roads that are not subject to traffic legislation, the authorisation of the owner shall be required. (Forests, coasts, private lands, etc.)
Requirements if portable installations are available:
- Declaration of conformity required for CE marking, certifying that the product meets the essential requirements of the different implementing directives.
- Assembly instructions issued by the manufacturer and responsible declaration that the installation has been carried out in accordance with them.
