Authorisation of potentially polluting activities of the atmosphere (APCAs).

Authorisation of facilities in which any of the potentially polluting activities (APCAs) included in groups A and B of the catalogue of activities included in the annex to Royal Decree 100/2011, of 28 January, are carried out, which updates the catalogue of potentially polluting activities and establishes the basic provisions for its application.

Belong to groups A and B of the catalogue of potentially polluting activities of the atmosphere contemplated in the annex to Royal Decree 100/2011, modified by RD 1042/2017 of 22 December and correction of errors.

Facilities in which any of the activities included in groups A and B are carried out must obtain the mandatory authorisation for emission into the atmosphere (article 5.1 of Decree 50/2009, of 18 June, which regulates the control of industrial air pollution in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria).
