  • Modifications to the premises in which the pharmacy is located that involve works must be authorised by the Department of Health, especially those that involve displacement in the centre of the façade or affect the accesses to it.
  • In the event that the modification of the premises affects the accesses, the modification may be authorised even if the minimum distances to other pharmacies or public health care centres with outpatient consultations or equipped with emergency services in operation or in the design or construction phase are not met, provided that they are respected, at least, the pre-existing ones.
  • Exceptional technical-sanitary requirements may be admitted which, in any case, must imply an improvement on the conditions of the premises.
  • Proof of payment of the fees must be provided, as indicated by current legislation
