To authorise leisure education activities (youth camps and camps) that take place within the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, under the terms of Cantabria Law 4/2010, of 6 July, on Education in Leisure Time.

Any natural or legal person who intends to carry out an education activity in Cantabria in free time subject to authorisation can apply for authorisation.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Certificate from the Mayor of the town to which the land where the camp is set up belongs, stating that they know the camping area.

Health Certificate that guarantees the perfect hygienic conditions of the chosen place, testifying that there is no epidemic or endemic outbreak in the locality that could constitute a danger to the campers, as well as a certificate on the chemical and bacteriological characteristics of the drinking water.

Certificate from the Veterinary Inspector indicating that there is no animal disease transmissible to humans in the place.
