Be the owner of a facility where waste treatment operations are to be carried out, including storage in the area of collection, located in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, provided that it is not included in the scope of application of the revised text of the Law on integrated pollution prevention and control, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2016, of 16 December.
In the event that the installation is included in the scope of application of the aforementioned Law, the owner of the installation must apply for an Integrated Environmental Authorisation (AAI).
