Requirements

  • Be a natural or legal person (commercial, labor or cooperative company).
  • To be a Spanish national or a national of an EU country or of a country where this requirement is not required by international treaty or agreement.

  • Prove the number of drivers provided for in current regulations.
  • Take out an insurance policy that covers unlimited civil liability to third parties.
