Requirements
- Be a natural or legal person (commercial, labor or cooperative company).
- To be a Spanish national or a national of an EU country or of a country where this requirement is not required by international treaty or agreement.
- Comply with the social and labour obligations required by current legislation.
- Comply with the tax obligations required by current legislation.
- Have premises dedicated to the activity in the municipality where the vehicles are domiciled that meets the conditions required by the regulations in force.
- Have a minimum number of seven vehicles dedicated to the activity, which meet the conditions required by the regulations in force.
- Prove the number of drivers provided for in current regulations.
- Take out an insurance policy that covers unlimited civil liability to third parties.
